Reading this during covid makes me long to travel， especially to my home country Australia。 Although many of these photos could be classified as dull， they do capture the eccentric and personable nature of some communities， in particular rural ones。 Things have changed a lot since they were taken。 Many of these types of stores are no longer existent， so in that way， seeing this as a peculiar historical document also has some merit。 People， places， objects， cars all have a history， I do like how Reading this during covid makes me long to travel， especially to my home country Australia。 Although many of these photos could be classified as dull， they do capture the eccentric and personable nature of some communities， in particular rural ones。 Things have changed a lot since they were taken。 Many of these types of stores are no longer existent， so in that way， seeing this as a peculiar historical document also has some merit。 People， places， objects， cars all have a history， I do like how he thought of capturing these communities and small things in life， so that others could experience this road trip he took in a covid world 50 years later。 。。。more
